- Respond to inquiries and manage our relationship (legitimate interests or consent).
- Security, fraud prevention, and site performance (legitimate interests).
- Marketing communications (consent only).
Under GDPR, we provide this information at collection time and keep it concise and transparent.
4. Sharing & processors
We use trusted service providers:
- Netlify — hosting, forms processing, and notifications. Provides Data Processing Agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Email/communication tools — notifications and support.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Your data may be processed in the EEA/UK/US. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses via our providers.
6. Retention
- Contact form submissions: 12 months after last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.
- Server/security logs: 30–90 days (provider default).

If unresolved, contact your local data protection authority (Armenia: Personal Data Protection Agency under the Ministry of Justice).
California (CCPA/CPRA): These laws apply at scale (e.g., >$25M revenue). If we meet those thresholds, we’ll update this page and honor additional rights.
