2) What we collect
- Contact form data (name, email, message) you submit.
- Technical data (IP, device, timestamps) captured automatically by our hosting/CDN for security and reliability.
- Optional: analytics, advertising pixels, or reCAPTCHA (only if you enable them).
3) Why we use it (legal bases)
- Respond to inquiries and manage our relationship (legitimate interests or consent).
- Security, fraud prevention, and site performance (legitimate interests).
- Marketing communications (consent)—only if you opt in.
4) Sharing & processors
We use trusted service providers to run this site, for example:
- Netlify (hosting, forms processing; stores form submissions and sends notifications). Netlify provides a Data Processing Agreement with SCCs for international transfers.
- Email/communication tools for notifications and support.
We don’t sell your personal data.
5) International transfers
Your data may be processed in the EEA/UK/US. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses via our providers (e.g., Netlify).
6) Retention
- Contact form submissions: 12 months (or set your own period) after our last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.
- Server/security logs: 30–90 days (provider default).
7) Your rights
Depending on where you live (EU/UK/Armenia), you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact legal@dyvengroup.com.
If we can’t resolve your concern, you can contact your local data protection authority (in Armenia, the Personal Data Protection Agency under the Ministry of Justice).
8) Cookies & tracking
We use only essential cookies by default. If we add analytics/ads, we’ll update this section and (where required) show a consent banner before setting non-essential cookies.

10) Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
